My Wednesday networking meeting went very well this morning.  Louise from CP Bigwood’s Letting Agents asked for referrals to landlords in the Sutton Coldfield and Solihull areas as she has a number of clients looking for rentals in these areas.  A FREE rent guarantee policy  and first month commission free was discussed so if you are a landlord or know of a landlord in either of these areas then please let me know and I will put you in touch with Louise.

I have been advised by a few sources that the property market is improving although at this stage I am unsure if this is the start of a recovery or just the spring buying season.  I therefore asked the group for referrals to estate agents, who I consider to be well placed to benefit from any upturn in the market and the inevitable mortgage business that would follow.
